Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union: 3–5 business days

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

United States: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lucrezia Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

While we will do our best to assist, Lucrezia Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the package and its contents.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
