We hope you love your Lucrezia Studio purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be

Unworn and unused

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Returned with the hygiene sticker intact

Returned in their original packaging

Full name used for the order

Once your return has been approved, you may choose between:

A refund to your original payment method

An exchange (subject to availability)

Store credit for a future purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

We currently ship within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

European Union: 3–5 business days

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

United States: 10–15 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
